SHIPPING & ORDER TRACKING HOW LONG DO ORDERS USUALLY TAKE TO SHIP? Orders will ship within 24 hours from the time they are placed. All orders ship from Culver City, CA so once processed, standard ground shipments can take as little as 1-2 days to destinations within California and up to five to seven business days to the east coast. Expedited shipments are the exception. WHY AM I HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER? Please reach out to us at roar@aevok.com if you are having trouble tracking your package. Please note however that sometimes there is a time gap between when we send you tracking information and when the carrier populates the tracking information online. The information will not be available online until it has been scanned into it’s first destination by the carrier. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working on it. DO YOU OFFER PREPAID RETURN SHIPPING LABELS? At this time we do not offer prepaid return shipping labels. You will need to have an active online account (creating an account is easy and are free of charge at aevok.com) with us in order to receive the store credit.
